Lindsey Vonn

Lindsey Vonn is one of the most decorated American ski racers in history. Lindsey Vonn is a New York Times bestselling author, philanthropist, producer, entrepreneur, and investor. Over the course of her career, she captured a world-record 82 World Cup wins en route to 20 FIS Alpine World Cup titles (surpassing Sweden’s Ingemar Stenmark). Her list of accomplishments includes four overall crystal globes, two World Championship titles and three Olympic medals. In 2016, Vonn broke the all-time Downhill win record (43 wins), after setting the sport’s Super-G win record (28 wins).

In February 2015, Lindsey launched the Lindsey Vonn Foundation. Building on her values, LVF is a non-profit with the goal of empowering young girls to grow as athletes and individuals through opportunities and experiences that build self-esteem and create a positive self-image.

The last season of her career was showcased in Lindsey Vonn: The Final Season, a HBO documentary that aired in November, 2019 and tells the story of her final season that included a World Championship bronze medal while managing an injured knee. Lindsey has always had a passion for film, and she is excited to bring her passion to Après Productions.

Claire Abbe

Childhood friends Claire and Lindsey grew up ski racing together at a small race hill in Minnesota. Claire comes to Après with more than a decade of experience in digital media and has extensive experience working with elite-level athletes. Most recently, Claire was Publisher of Ski Racing Media, where she was responsible for branded-content production and storytelling through long- and short-form digital pieces. Claire was integral in producing and filming Lindsey’s HBO documentary.

 

Nikki Kovick

Nikki joined Lindsey and Claire at Après Productions in 2023 as Vice President, Development, overseeing all television and film development across scripted and unscripted. Growing up as a competitive athlete and avid book lover, she quickly fell in love with sports and storytelling, and her dream was always to work in television. She got her start in the mailroom at CBS, and she continued her career moving to Business Affairs and working her way up as an executive in Drama Development. Following her time at CBS, she joined the team at Cadence13 developing podcasts. Prior to joining Après, she most recently was an executive in International Programming and Development at AMC Networks.
